Is there a way to plot streaming values for indicators in the current bar similar to prices? I would really like to see an option to turn this on/off.

Basically, they will not post streaming updates even if they have their PartialValue method implemented (but not all do). Question is, why would you want it? Anyway, application of this feature would be quite limited to charting and discretionary trading due to Wealth-Lab's architecture; please see this FAQ:

Is it necessary to have access to intra-bar tick data to daytrade with Wealth-Lab?

P.S. Updating a EOD indicator using intraday static data is possible but would be rather a tedious manual excercise for you e.g.
