Is there an indicator which shows the up bars percentage in a period?

I am looking for an indicator to show up/down percentage in a certain period, for example: 40 days? Is there any existing indicator for that? Thanks.

How about Positive Closes and Negative Closes? They deliver absolute values which can be easily turned into percentage.
