Please help me understand the following matter. When I work with a Finam Streaming Provider and switch in Chart window (or Strategy window) to streaming mode, the program WLD 6.3 displays the following message:"An error was detected. The program will be closed. Please sorry for the inconvenience." And the program shuts down. If before first switching to streaming mode, I highlight Finam Streaming Provider in Preferences>Streaming Data (or ticks from it) and press OK, then in the future the program works well and can be any number of on and off streaming mode. When I'm working with a provider Yahoo! Finance then everything works correctly. And more. Prompt in what section of the forums to put these kinds of questions, if I'm a neophyte.

Under Preferences > Streaming Data, did you have left any Streaming ticker symbols? By default, there are three. As suggested by our Knowledge Base (Finam static/streaming data provider > Limitations > reported Streaming crash), remove all of these and click OK. Then please let us know how it goes.

Eugene! In the Preferences>Streaming Data there are three ticker symbols:.DJI,.IXIC and .SPX. I removed them, clicked OK and everything worked fine. Thank you. In what section of the forums to put my questions?
