I asked someone at Fidelity for clarification. After communicating with one of the developers, he called me back and said that the plan is to provide streaming data into Strategy Manager, in conjunction with a change of data vendors, with a likely time frame of 2010.

For further clarification, the word "streaming" is used loosely here. The Strategy Monitor operates with static data.<-period
This idea is (and has been) for updates (1-minute minimum) to be fed to the S.M. without the need to request bars for every end of interval as is done today.
