Position Size - Margin Factor. There is the limit no more than 10 to 1. Some markets like futures have margin 1 to 30. Forex market has margins 1 to 100 and 1 to 500. Is it possible to delete this limit?

Indeed, there's artificial limit which can be removed. Start your favorite text editor with administrator privileges (click on its icon with Ctrl-Shift pressed), open this file:
c:\Program Files\MS123\Wealth-Lab Developer 6\
WealthLabDev.exe.configAnd modify this line as you like:
