Market Manager save open/close time settings

I am using IQFeed for pre/post market data, so I changed open time to 4 AM and close time to 8 PM. But How do I save the settings?

Also it is says cannot be changed.

Also, if I click on add a new market, it asking for new market name, do I just add a particular market or exchange? I need to safe the open/close time so I do not need to set it every time when I open WL.
