The only thing that I did is to install Nasdaq Data Provider, which installed with no problems but ran very slowly when updating, downloading 0 fundamental data for each security, forcing me to shut down WL from the task manager window.
Thanks for reporting this. The provider has broken due to a couple of internal changes at Nasdaq website. I will fix it in upcoming build v2018.04 but the ability to display short interest for AMEX and NYSE stocks is now lost (if it ever existed of which I'm not sure). Just added a note to its
online manual.
By the way, I checked it not too long ago and the provider was working. This is the price to pay for screen scraping the free data.

Is it possible that Nasdaq and Morningstar extensions collide with each other?
As the developer of both extensions the answer is: definitely no.

Is there a way to uninstall Nasdaq extension?
Don't do it. When you read the instruction what was the highlighted sentence in
bold red saying?

This age-old confusion is caused by a Fidelity decision to mark extensions as Fidelity supported and Other. You'll find explanation how to show Other extensions in the Wealth-Lab User Guide.

I can no longer see "[ms] Long-Term Debt", "[ms] Total Liabilities" and possibly other balance sheet parameters when I try to plot them on a chart.
Rule of thumb: when you have a problem, please explain it
clearly, with as many facts as you can think of, and possibly attach a screenshot to illustrate what you're seeing. "Can no longer see" may be read as an eyesight problem. What you should be saying for the technician to understand you is probably "the item is a flat line i.e. its value is always 0".
However, I don't think this is an issue at all. If said items are plotted as 0:
1. Some stocks just do not have Debt.
2. For some fundamental items of certain symbols, Morningstar may not return the correct value so you'd see a 0. Switch to other symbols to make sure it works.
3. Finally, if you opened the chart window before updating the fundamental data I recommend to close it and reopen before viewing it:
Open Issues > (177409) Fundamental items plotted before acquiring the data can't be refreshed until the chart is reopened
