Note that STRZA was removed from the WealthSignals symbol list. and KRFT was already there since it was already in the S&P 500.

The STRZA change is causing me a problem because it is an open position in my system's portfolio and I can't stage a sell order. I get a "Symbol was not found or is not supported" error when I try on the website.

Is there any chance you can add the symbol back temporarily so I can place closing orders? Perhaps you could keep the symbol around but for closing orders only so no-one accidently establishes a new position in it.

I'll hold off publishing my signals now in the hope this can be addressed soon.

Incidently I'm using worden brother's telechart for my data in Wealth-Lab but their (worden maintained) nasdaq 100 watchlist still shows STRZA so I hope they update it soon to match the real real nasdaq 100 constituents.

Symbols that are removed should still be supported for exiting an existing position. We'll look at it ASAP.

Right now, you can stage an exit order in STRZA using the WealthSignals Publisher. It will be successfully accepted.

Unfortunately that didn't work. I used the WealthSignals Publisher to upload the sell order (sell 246 STRZA at a limit of $21.22) and it appeared in the stage signals list on the website as the web page count down to publishing, but it then disappeared when the actual publishing took place. So it is not showing in Today's Signals on the website and it was not included in the e-mail for subscribers. So it would seem I'm stuck in that position in limbo at present.

No worries: your signal will be published anyway (later today or tomorrow) and email to subscribers will also be resent.

I think Tesla Motors (symbol TSLA) has just joined the Nasdaq 100 in place of Oracle, but when I tried to place a buy order for it wealthsignals said symbol not found.

Thanks for the heads-up. The current data source for the Nasdaq 100 index constituents is slow to update. We're looking to replace it with a more suitable feed.

Update: we're working on a switchover to a different, more timely source that tracks updates in index components. We expect the transition to be finished ASAP, and then the list of supported symbols will be updated.

Update: TSLA is on the list of supported symbols.

As a sidenote, Walgreen's ticker changed from WAG to WBA after merger with Boots Alliance. The company now trades on Nasdaq and is known as Walgreen Boots Alliance Inc.

From the perspective of trading and diversification, it makes little sense to include all share classes in the same DataSet since those in the same company have a correlation of 1 (or very near it). In other words, for Wealth-Lab's Nasdaq 100, we include only the first in these groups:
