How can I access 'net profit' in a script? eg. net profit on a specific bar or date.

Please see NetProfitAsOfBar and NetProfitAsOfBarPercent in the QuickRef (Position object).

Where can I access the total equity (the values of the equity curve) on specific bar or date in a script?

You will access the total equity in PosSizers starting from version 5.6. This is the recommended way.

There's an arcane way of accessing the portfolio equity in a Strategy (unsupported):
