Please help. I stage my order from the alerts window, select all and place orders. Now I am not seeing any alerts, despite the run shows 51 alerts in the upper pane.
Thanks

So you see 51 alerts but aren't seeing them. Let me guess. You're looking for orders not alerts, right? Haven't switched to proper account in the Orders window? Otherwise what do you mean by not seeing alerts?

Eugene, I was able to populate the alerts window in the Strategy Monitor by removing all the orders on the Orders page. At first, Alerts on the bottom pane did not populate. Not sure if this was the best way to handle this, but it seemed to work.

If you're certain that the Strategy that had Alerts was selected (clicked on) in the upper pane OR "Show Alerts for All Strategies" was enabled in the lower pane's tool bar, be sure to upload a screen shot the next time it happens,

Thanks Robert. I will. Today I found I had many cases of two or three open trades for many of the signals that I manually cancelled. This was the first time this has happened. When I did my trades last night the same thing occurred where the bottom pane displayed no signals. I selected all from this blank screen and found that the Fidelity website register many orders. I should have looked for duplicates or more, but as this never happened before, I didn't. In addition, not all signals matched in both accounts I am trading.

The scenario lacks clarity. Pictures please: Orders and Accounts tools, and Strategy Monitor or Window, whichever is generating the orders. Sanitize images of any sensitive information like account numbers, and/or create a ticket to work more privately.

The next time it happens I will. Today, no problem; however the orders came from my home pc rather than my laptop.

That's absolutely not the same problem as you're not even working with the SM (by which the original poster was confused) in the first place. Since I cannot see how this is connected to this thread I'll give you a few pointers to start with which proved to be efficient:
Wiki FAQ >
Alerts are not triggered. In addition, don't forget to check the compiler's messages at the bottom of the Editor: provided that your strategy is not employing AtClose (which is the most popular mistake) this may be the reason why it's not executing. If none of these worked please start a
new thread and provide your strategy's
code for troubleshooting. Thanks.
