Hi Eugene. When try to close, the application does not. So the only way is to force quit the application to close it.

What happens in the application when you're trying to close it? Describe the activity, open windows/tools, logged in/out, streaming on/off. The more details the better. Keep in mind that unless your issue can be reproduced, and then understood, no solution can emerge.

The application freezes and nothing happens. Streaming is on. once I closed on the scripts and try to exit. Still didn't help. I have Chrome browser, all the Fidelity applications open.

When does it happen?
In the past we've had reports of this occurring intermittently following the market close - usually hours after the close when leaving streaming workspaces running. Does that sound like your case? If so, it's a problem that remains under investigation.
