PartialValue won't refresh

I'm trying to grab open prices on ghost bars while they build. The test script works. But, only the first time. It won't update after each bar closes, I just get "NaN". Is this normal behavior? Or, am I missing something?

I'm using Fidelity Streaming Data, btw.

Your code worked when I tested it on Google provider's intraday data for about half an hour.
