Premarket Scan for Gap Buy / Dip Buy

I have been using gap buy with decent success.

I have a few questions for those using a dip buyer.

Is there a way to scan premarket to find stocks that will open lower?

What are the best settings to use in the Strategy Monitor to get the best results?

Daily? Hourly?

I want it to scan right when the market opens.

I have about 600 stocks in my data set so it takes a little time.

Fidelity does not provide pre/aftermarket data. You can use GetSessionOpen to scan at open.
