Can anyone tell me how to set up Wealth-Lab to read data in Premium Data Alpha data downloader.

Obviously, the "Alpha downloader". It's not listed in the Client Download Area.

It's a beta tester

Short answer: you can't.

Long answer: before you're able to set it up it would take a development of another data provider suite (static, fundamental) from scratch if the data vendor provides an API and is willing to disclose the data format.
