when I print a chart with my color printer I only get a black/white/grey chart.

Prints in color for me, but if I select "Print in Black and White" from my Printer's Preferences, I can make that happen.

this option is definitely set to "color". Other documents are printed in color, too. However charts from WLD only print in black/white.

With a PDF Creator it is also B&W.

This question means there's good chance they haven't been touched - so let's disregard. I currently have no other ideas.

Printing from my WLD will print in B&W.
Printing from my colleagues WLD will print B&W.
Printing another pdf from my computer will print in color. So this seems to be an issue with WLD.

Printing from my XP, Vista and Win7 will print in color.
Printing from colleague's XP will print in color.
An issue is an issue when it can be reliably reproduced.
If your printer is a networked one, you have a clue.
If you can print to Microsoft XPS Document Writer in color, it's also a clue.
