After downloading the short interest data with the help of the Nasdaq fundamental provider (restart WLP after installing the extension), building short ratio indicator for use in your Strategies would be a trivial task. There's no point to create a "formal" indicator (like those in Community Indicators) for short ratio since it depends on 3rd party data.
