Slowdown in Strategy execution

I have looked at other forum answers but can't quite figure out.

I am running the same strategy code and it always finish in about 2 hours (ish), since last Friday, it is taking over 8 hours and still running. (code has not changed using the same machine).

I have restarted the apps many times and can't quite figure out what has changed. Is there like an index for data ? (CPU and memory are not max out)
