Squiggly red lines when referencing external libraries

Since the recent editor upgrade I still see squiggly red lines for DLL extensions stored in the WL program folder (and also other places btw). Also tried manually adding the DLL reference. One extension example is TASCIndicators. WL is able to compile and run fine.
Any ideas how to fix?

in the line below, TASCIndicators will have a squiggly red line. Also, its related code further down.

Here's an idea. If you have a minute to search the forum for the simple word "squiggly" (or "squiggle") you'll find what's going on:

Checked references for System.XML and System.Core. No change.
Renamed MyStrategy to MyStrategy0. That did clear some of squiggles but there are still lots of them including the DLL's references.
