StochK on Wealth Lab has never been the same on any other platform I have used. I use Full Stochastics on my other platforms and they are all the same, I put in the same K value on Wealth Lab and it's very different. Is there a way to replicate 'Full Stochastic' in Wealth Lab?

StochK in Wealth-Lab has been accurate since its introduction in the 200x's. Is there a chance that you're confusing it with StochD? As you can see, "our" formula is very simple and identical to any other platform: Fast Stochastic.

Also, its value may be different with the data used. Unless you take exactly the same data (e.g. from ASCII/CSV file) and share it between platforms there may be subtle differences caused by various reasons like dividend/split adjustment, different vendors etc. This may affect indicator readings.

To put it simply I am trying to replicate the 'Stochastic Slow' readings that I am able to get in Fidelity Active Trader Pro.

The settings I use in Active Trader Pro for Stochastic Slow are:

Slow %K

Period: 10
Smoothing: 2

Slow %D

Period: 2
Source: SS %K (10,2)

In Wealth Lab Pro I can actually get one of the values the same. In Wealth Lab I add the StochD indicator and use the settings:

Period: 10
Smooth: 2

And the value that is produced is the same as the K value in Active Trader Pro, ironically.

Again, in summation I am trying to copy the values I am able to get from the Stochastic Slow indicator from Active Trader Pro, and I don't know how to.

The "Slow Stochastic" is based on a moving average of the StochD i.e. it's not a smoothed version of the Stoch %K (which is what you're trying to do). To replicate the Slow Stochastic, just take the StochD and it smooth it with an SMA as per this Wiki example:

StochD

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Eugene. I was able to follow that example and solve my problem, much appreciated!
