Strategy Monitor deactivates strategy

I don't remember if I ever deactivated the strategies but it happened twice in the last few days.
All of the sudden when I launch WLP, I found some of the strategies were deactivated on Strategy Monitor.
For what occasion, Strategy Monitor may deactivate the strategy unless I edit the strategy settings?

"Run strategy now" will deactivate the strategy.
