Strategy Monitor is failing with "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

One strategy running in Strategy Monitor at 1-minute scale is failing with the following message in Action tab.
QUOTE:
Error(3): The given key was not present in the dictionary.

What's causing it and how to fix it?
I restarted WLP but the error persists.

Yes, I tried everything described in those posts but none of them worked.
Finally I duplicate entire WLP data folder from working machine, then the problem disappeared.

Which further suggests it had something to do with your data.

Apparently it was due to WLP crash and corrupting the data.
