Tiingo is not filtering out 2/15/2021 US holiday as it is programmed as 2/22/2021. I tried to manually fix it by editing the .xml file without success..

It's defined incorrectly in WL 6.9 as 2/22/2021. Here's how to locate the XML file for editing:

Bars.MarketInfo.Holidays is Incomplete, post #2

Note that this edit is a mandatory fix before 2/22/2021 in the Markets.xml file; otherwise, you may not get any provider updates on 2/22/2021. Change 2/22/2021 to 2/15/2021 in that file when WL is closed. (I'm using IQFeed with Market Manager.)
