First things first, this is not a crash. It's an unhandled exception dialog which you can close and continue working with Wealth-Lab - unlike a crash which forcibly closes application. I've edited the topic title which could be misleading.
Could you click on "Details" and copy/paste the error message when replying, please?
P.S.
Hint: You should really stick with PNG as JPG is truly suboptimal for screenshots. If you haven't seen this famous comics, it's perfect time :)

Update:
64-bit WLP (only) has some trouble opening the manual (a PDF file) at:
C:\Program Files\Fidelity Investments\Wealth-Lab Pro/WLP Fundamental Data Guide.pdf
As a workaround, navigate there using Windows Explorer (or your file manager of choice) and open it directly.
