Version confusion - why is the latest download 6.9 ?

I launched my version 8 and it shows that Build 39 is the latest but the site is saying the latest is version 6.9.24. Totally confused.

This site ("wl6.") is for legacy customers (WLD6) which doesn't apply to you. It isn't getting updated anymore. Here's the right place:

Hi Eugene,

Can you please re-activate my WL6 subscription.

I have posted on the forum because the Ticket Center process is broken and does not work anymore.

I have not made any changes to my computer and the fingerprint is the same as last time it didn't reactivate - this is a WL6 issue, not related to my machine.

I will upgrade to WL8 as I get time over the next couple of months.

I am not looking forward to rewriting my all of my WL6 codes (i.e. over a decades work) into WL8 format, but I have no choice to upgrade because the delay in reactivation each month is unworkable for me. The only other alternative is to swap service providers.

Hi Eugene,

I have been with Wealthlab for over 10 years and I really need Wealthlab to work so that I can place my trades.

If you are not going to reactivate my Wealthlab 6 subscription can you please communicate this to me so that I can find an alternative solution.

Hi Eugene,

Can you please return my access to Wealthlab 6 so that I can access my codes so that I can:

1. Upgrade to Wealthlab 8; and
2. Access my trading systems so that I can scan the market and place my trades.


Surely Wealthlab must understand that the program Wealthlab is used as a platform to scan the stock market so that trades can be placed.

Without access to the platform trades cannot be placed - this is a simple concept.

By Wealthlab randomly removing access to the program that I rely upon to place trades does not give me confidence that I need to stay with Wealthlab.

I will be very disappointed with Wealthlab if I lose 10 years worth of codes that I have developed and need to seek a new service provider.
