WL6 fails to authenticate

The security certificate for the WL6 website has expired so the WL6 application won't authenticate. Please fix that soon.

Having problems with authentication ... see message below (note: Had to logon to site through VPN )

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Hi,

I'm being prompted to authenticate my licence for WealthLab version 6. I have 6.9.24 and I cannot seem to do it. I'm using the same laptop as I always do. Attached are the screen shots.

I've fixed it for you. (This is actually offtopic because your issue is of a different kind and has nothing to do with topic starter's problem, already resolved in 2022.)

There's a reason behind this error message and if you want to learn more, please create a support ticket next time. I'm pretty sure it can happen to you with the legacy product.

On the other hand, Wealth-Lab 8 is completely free from these cryptic errors. Because of its revamped protection system, the authentication experience is so much smoother and fully transparent.
