I'm being prompted to authenticate my licence for WealthLab version 6. I have 6.9.24 and I cannot seem to do it. I'm using the same laptop as I always do. Attached are the screen shots.

I've fixed it for you. (This is actually offtopic because your issue is of a different kind and has nothing to do with topic starter's problem, already resolved in 2022.)
There's a reason behind this error message and if you want to learn more, please
create a support ticket next time. I'm pretty sure it can happen to you with the legacy product.
On the other hand, Wealth-Lab 8 is completely free from these cryptic errors. Because of its revamped protection system, the authentication experience is so much smoother and fully transparent.
