I'm seeing this error popup since updated to 6.9.19. Anyone else ever saw it?

suponit left a more detailed response in a duplicate thread:
11/29/17. This morning I tried to turn on real time quotes in Wealth Lab Pro.
It did not work for whatever reason. I rebooted and tried again. I received a Fidelity screen that asked me to confirm some agreement and specify that I am not a professional. I did that.
Now when I am trying to access real time quotes, I get an error message:
Error getting Configuration: Value cannot not be null.
Parameter name: requestUriString

I am trying to contact Fidelity. For whatever reason they are not picking up. Very busy or they are having issues.

I finally got to talk to Fidelity. They are having some issues. Customers (including me) can not access online accounts and Active Trader Pro. Basically they said that once issue is fixed, this problem should go away, since Wealth Lab Pro is probably not getting any response from Fidelity at this time.
We will see. If it does not work after their issues are fixed, I will contact them again.
Thank you.

Once Fidelity fixed their issues, Wealth Lab Pro is not having any issues either.

Streaming paused and data was corrupted but a data reload from backup and restart WL seemed to resolve it. All ok now. No action needed.

Your "Value cannot be null" seems to have a different reason than KGo's. Rather something specific to FRED data provider's external symbol. You might want to start a new thread containing a procedure to reproduce the error.
