Wealth-Lab 5.1 Error Updating Order Status

Folks,

I am running the RSI Agita strategy that came with the program. I have not modified the script and have tried running on 2 different computers.

I having a problem with Wealth-Lab selling shares. Buying works fine Selling is the problem. It goes like this, when application puts a sell order from multiple blocks of stock, only the first order executes and all additional orders error with the following description.

"Order Status needs to be Open or Partially Filled, check the status of your order"

The problem is Wealth-Lab gives me a error prompt saying that it can’t verify the status of order, use the update button to check the status of order. I think this is why it only sells the first block on multi-block orders.

Are you trying to sell shares that you actually own?

Yes I did check to make sure I had enough tosell, WL is buying in 100 share lots and I own 17000 shares. Any ideas? Thanks for the response.

Now, I understand. WLP is selling multiple Positions in the same stock, but only the first is executing without error. Please create a Support Ticket or call Fidelity Active Trader support.

Aside:
If I were trading this script in a semi-automatic fashion with Version 5, when multiple sell orders are Staged, I'd pick one of them, edit it so that it contained the total number of shares required to sell. Then I'd place that order and delete the others.

Thanks for the info. Cone, I really wanted to app to trade by itself. Otherwise I am stuck watching the screen. It has happed on two seperate machines and Support can not accept email with info nor can they go on line to trouble shoot.

Good Folks at WL but the same answer each time I call, no way to test, not happening here. :(
