Wealth-Lab Pro UI not displaying correctly

Hi and Good Morning,

I am new to this forum and to Wealth-Lab pro. I called fidelity this morning and had my account approved for WLP.

1. Download the application and Installed on my Windows 10 Desktop (x64)
2. Launched but the UI did not display correctly

I am not sure if I am doing something stupid.

Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

Hi Mohidul,

Having encountered an error message or an issue, please always check out these pages first:

1. Known Errors
2. Open Issues

In particular, this error is resolved by following this procedure:

Open Issues > "After you log in to WLP, it just shows a Fidelity web page inside the small browser-like window"

It's on the very top of the page.

Glad I could be of assistance. Simply put, it takes to strike Crtl-K to close the dialog in WLP 6.9.22.

I have a favor to ask, can you tell me how can I download the older version (WLP 6.9.22)?

6.9.22 is the version you're using. Answer can be found if you type by entering a few keywords in the "Search Forum..." text box e.g. "older":
