For Fidelity's U.S. customers, Wealth-Lab Pro 6.9.22 was ready for download post market on 11 Dec. The main change from 6.9.21 was to manage login cookies and "stay alive" better. It's possible that some of the trading issues we've seen in the past were caused by cookie issues.
Our International Developer customers get several rolled-up changes and bug fixes incorporated since 6.9.15. You'll see a summary of the changes on the What's New Home page in WLD. After installing 6.9.22, Neuro-Lab customers should upgrade to the latest version to maintain compatibility with the new Editor.

A known issue affecting Wealth-Lab Developer (not Pro) v6.9.22 (only):
* All PaperAccounts are gone from the dropdown box in Orders/Accounts after authenticating until WLD is restarted. Only Live accounts remain.

I tried downloading the 6.9.22.0 image several times, including once from the Fidelity website. According to the Windows OS, the Setup image is identified for WealthLabPro6.9.22.0. I also--finally--disabled Windows Security Essentials (which is the only antivirus program running on my Windows 7 workstation). When I run the installer, it says it will install 0KB, see screenshot below. That doesn't sound very big to me. How can I make that bigger?
Anyway, after running the installer successfully, I get a new launching icon on my desktop. When I try to run WL, the
old 6.9.20.7 version comes up. Checking the Program Files folder still shows that WL 6.9.20.7 is installed. My question is how I get the SetupWealthLab6.9.22.0 image to actually install the update?

I'd do a fresh install: uninstall, delete the main program folder, install, then reinstall extensions.
If any further assistance is required on this please start a new topic.

I'm running 6.9.21.15 Pro on my main computer and it has been stable (except for the server problem on December 13). I'm hearing mixed signals about 6.9.22. Is there any reason to upgrade if I'm not having problems? (I'm still happily running 6.9.20.7 on my other machines and have avoided all the problems with the later versions!)

Build 22 contains a workaround for a login issue (browser-like window after login).
