Once I found my WLD and WLP is no longer able to open because of the problem kernelbase.dll (App Error 1000), even i reinstall it, it found no help.

When Wealth-Lab crashes on start, follow this

If changed regional settings, proceed right to "Wealth-Lab crashes on start after changing regional settings".
If nothing helps, download and reinstall latest Microsoft .NET
4.0 or 4.5+ from Microsoft's website.
