The XML files in the following directory do not contain actual OHLC data:
C:\Program Files\Fidelity Investments\Wealth-Lab Pro 5\Data\DataSets
Where are the actual data stored? Are they stored as text files or as binary files?

"Actual data" can be stored anywhere in any format. ASCII data is obviously a text file and can exist anywhere. If you're asking where the Fidelity Provider stores data, then check the ..\Data\FidelityStaticProvider\.. subdirectories for the binary data files.
However, if you used the "Relocate" option in the Data Manager's Fidelity Data tab, then Fidelity data (price and fundamental data) too can be anywhere you put it.

Thank you.
Can we convert a binary data set into an ASCII data set?
Or can we know the format of the binary dataset?
