Wrong 'Modified' date shown for compiled Strategies in 'Open Strategy' dialog

Hi,

column 'Modified' shows the same date as column 'Creation date'. So both columns show the date provides by StrategyHelper.CreationDate, whereas StrategyHelper.LastModifiedDate is ignored.

WealthLab version is 6.9.23.1, .net Framework used: 4.7.2
