Is it possible to use yahoo streaming realtime feed for daily data scans?
I want to use indicator calculations from the current daily bar to trade MOC 5mins before close.
The indicators don't appear to calculate on the streaming bar until it's closed?

Hi DrSlutto. Streaming on a Daily chart wouldn't work, because the ghost bar is never "closed". You can, however, use the Y! option for always updating the current bar in a static data chart, and run the scan. If the DataSet is more than just a few symbols, however, you'd be better off updating from the Data Mgr (I think that will update the current bar too).

If you're trading the U.S. markets, TC2007 (TeleChart) can update its entire database in just dozens of seconds, so if your scan is large, that's a better way to go.
