locating the Open Strategy window after changing the display configuration in a 2-monitor scheme

Hi,

I changed from a vertical 2-monitor configuration to a 2-monitor horizontal configuration. The Open Strategy window opens somewhere other than the 2 monitors.

I uninstalled and re-installed WL with no effect. The debug window shows up though which is good.

How can I force the Open Strategy window to open on top of the main WL window for starters? Or, where can I find it?
