My Wealth-Lab Developer Version is 6.0.51
How can I upgrade it to Version 6.0.55?
uninstall? re-setup?
Does it has any effect on extensions?

Just download it again and install. No need to uninstall, previous build is automatically removed. No effect on installed extensions. Here's what's changed in patch release 6.0.55:

New Issues found/introduced in 6.0.51 and fixed in 6.0.55
