P.S. Of course, where it says WealthLabDev.exe should be read as WealthLabPro.exe.

Thanks. WL accesses Fidelity servers like a browser using 80/443. Is this bidirectional i.e. should I keep 80/443 open in the incoming direction as well?

I think it's an outgoing call but should your mileage vary, seems that you already know what to do.
