Yes.

1) Use the Indicators window to drag and drop the EMA on a chart,
2) Combine EMA with another indicator (see this video),
3) Use the Rule-based wizard to create an EMA-based strategy in minutes (another video: Designing Rule-based Strategies, Combining different Indicators),
4) Or program a strategy with EMAs.
