The Strategy code has been uploaded and the indicator is now documented in the Wiki:

Wait until the TASCIndicators library is updated to its most recent version (2012.06), then the Strategy will work.

It should be ready to install through Extensions now.

Note that there will be a breaking change to HACOLT as of TASCIndicators version 2019.03. Noticed a slight inaccuracy in its implementation while working on HACO modification.

FYI

TASCIndicators v2019.03 is out with the modification to HACO and HACOLT. Note that this is a breaking change i.e. backtest results may change.
