Hello!
I noticed that the William R indicator on Wealth Lab Pro ranges from 0-100 and that the William R indicator on other platforms ranges from -100 to 0. They do not appear to be inverses of one another, however.
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts.

True. You'll need to multiply this DataSeries by -1.0 to get the negative values like on the other platforms. That should also flip it around so it looks normal.
