Hi,

Despite the system entered probation phase on 11/12/2017, it would only go live and be able to accept subs after 12/20/2017. That's because your first entry took place on 11/20/2017 and inactivity doesn't count.

It is now past the 20th and it still isn't marked as being able to accept subs.
